Byondis 10th anniversary celebration

10 years Byondis! This was celebrated on Friday 16 September with the opening of the Byondis Campus during the day and an anniversary party for the 400 employees and their partners in the evening. The Inspyrium in Cuijk was the venue for the 10th anniversary celebration. Trees from Ebben Nurseries, a greenery company owned by the family, were displayed as beautiful decorations in the various meeting rooms. PINO was responsible for the creative concept, communication and managed facilities and logistics of this anniversary celebration.
A green carpet of grass had been rolled out for guests as a special welcome. After the official opening ceremony on the main stage, the party started. A smashing performance by the band The Recipe was interspersed with the DJ playing the best hits of the past and present. In the other rooms employees could sing along with the singing bartenders and their karaoke show, go to the photobooth in a VW van, a magician amazed everyone or let the DJs in the silent disco make everyone dance to their music. Delicious snacks were served from several food trucks.
In addition to the many conferences that PINO organizes each year, there is the occasional event that falls into the outer category for us. The Byondis 10th anniversary celebration is one of those beautiful gems in our extensive portfolio. PINO was given every opportunity to bring Byondis’ ideas into an attractive concept design that was then developed into a well thought-out facility and logistics organisation plan. From the overall anniversary design, communication and activation mailings to location management including entertainment, experience and detailed transport management.
